Aesthetics

We enjoy things that are pretty and some have no problem spending a pretty penny on what looks good. We also love having things that are one of a kind, specially made items just for us. There is something peaceful about the visually pleasing view of a sunset at the beach, serene about the mist rolling in off the lush green mountains and priceless smile on a child's face that can melt your heart. We can't forget that in the midst of a world that buys more because its pretty the things that warm our heart most and makes us mist up are the visible pleasures in life. I had the opportunity to see my parents in good health this past weekend and I am so grateful. We have to stop and smell the roses along the way to making our mark in the world. Surrounding myself with friends and family I know love and care for me is what give me my warm and fuzzy, and even brings tears to my eyes as I type this. I am so grateful for where I am, what I do and who I have in my corner. I am thankful for the small things like beautiful smiles and the familiar smells of home. Take in the simple pleasure in life that you may take for granted....
